• Residential Certification for new dwellings and dwelling additions

• Small to medium commercial and industrial buildings (up to three storeys and maximum 2000m2)

• Approval of Construction Certificates (once your Council's Development Consent is approved)

• Appointment in the role of Principal Certifiying Authority (PCA) to carry out mandatory inspections and issue the Occupation Certificate

• Issue of Complying Development Certificates and appointment as the PCA
